In the unlikely event that the products purchased from us are expired or spoilt when purchased, we would be happy to replace or exchange the foods purchased or refund the money to the customer.
What do I do if an item is defective (broken, leaking and expired)?
In case of any issues, you can always contact our customer support on cs@Direct2U.in. We have a no questions asked return policy. In case you are not satisfied with a product received you can return it to the delivery personnel at time of delivery or you can contact our customer support team and we will do the needful. We insist you check all the items at the point of delivery.
How do I return products purchased on Direct2U.in?
Good once sold will not be taken back unless the product on arrival is damaged, expired, or faulty. Our supply crew checks the quality of all ordered products before they reach you. Products purchased on Direct2U can be returned as per below only if unopened and in resalable condition.

How will I get my money back in case of a cancellation or return? What are the modes of refund?
In case of return, the amount will be refunded to you via the payment gateway you used. Please contact our customer support on firstname.lastname@example.org should you require any further assistance regarding returns and refunds. Please note we will not be giving any cash refunds.
How can I cancel my entire order?
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order by logging on to https://www.direct2u.in/account/order. On receipt of the cancellation request we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount if the cancellation request has reached us within 24 hours of order placement. We will not be able to cancel orders beyond 24 hours of order placement and those that have already been processed or shipped out by us.
